NVDA blows away earnings amd raises guidence- stock is down !

Couldnt ask for a better report and forecast and the stock is down. NVDA is looking toppy and it doesnt take much for the NVDA to get hit and it is getting hit.
Might be a good daytrade on weakness tomorrow?
 
Might be, depending how. I remember what happened with AAPL after earnings. It was up, but the market was down. When the market recovered then AAPL went up so quickly some people reported making 3000% on their AAPL otm calls.
 
Yeah I glad I got back in earlier than last quarter when I was cheerleading this stock based on low inventory numbers. It's a little heaty at this point I agree, I'm trying to get it called away.

Likely many were already anticipating a good earnings report and buying in all the way up to the actual report dropped. Then as soon as it dropped and everyone is buying in to a solid company with good earnings, pushing the price up, all the savvy investors and traders jumped out. This is a pretty common tactic. Smart/ resourceful traders and investors are making plays long before normies ever do. They are usually buying when normies are selling and selling when normies are buying. They are also the ones who have enough power to increase/ decrease the price of any security.
