We have seen this with how many companies. A select few. ..one being tesla back some years ago. Stock was hot hot hot. Predictions for 2 and 3 trillion dollar market capitalization was being tossed around non stop as share rallied and rallied. Everyone wanted in. Now the stock is sitting pretty under 1 trillion as it lost half its value.
Everyone is buying Nvidia not realizing that the gravy train eventually comes to a halt. It happens to every company and Nvidia will be one just like the others.....the fear of missing out is getting a bit much. Now with a split the outstanding shares will be nearly 25 billion. That's an insane amount of shares ...so every 10 dollar move now is adding a quarter trillion in market cap alone....
Last 5 days nvda has added 194 billion in market cap.
An entire McDonald's in 5 days!!

A very interesting video, this actually is something everyone needs to watch and understand. He mentions if major players start to hold back on buying the chips and demand drops, chip prices and margins will plummet substantially which will cause some crazy ripple effects ....

One analyst this morning likened AI (and by default NVDA I guess) to the discovery of fire.
If you've ever built a PC that requires a high end graphics card you would know how far ahead of AMD, Intel, etc. that nVidia is.
Even in workstation cards (mainly for the CAD industry where Autodesk was supreme) before the the advent of AI, nVidia's cards were miles ahead of AMD's Radeon offerings. Ironically they were code named Tesla before the Hopper & Blackwell cards.

Guy on CNBC today said NVDA will hit $6 Trillion. Not kidding.

70x PE 6 Trillion market cap. 250 a share....

With all this risk free money coming from from nvda and now this guy predicting a 100% gain in next 6 months they should just throw this stock into the dow 30 and mint the masses unlimited free money.....
