Dont know what to say man, all i can say is listen to the press conference, I listened to it all day on CNBC.

Basically Nunes has them on the fact that places like the NSA, and FBI were collecting info on people they shouldnt have been collecting info on, and they released the info, but by the sounds of it they were collecting info on everyone.

So if anything its just another example of over reach by the deepstate, there is nothing that Nunes said that would have indicated they directly targeted Trump and associates, and nothing that was said that would imply Obama was involved, so it just seems like the NSA, and FBI over reaching, in the same way everyone already knew they were over reaching.

I.E. we already knew the F.B.I. and NSA were tapping everybody, since before Snowden, now there is just an example where it happened to a person with a high enough profile that it blows up in the face of the surveillance state.

I could be wrong but that was my interpretation of it, worst case was that they disseminated information that should have remained confidential.

Nunes said the Trump Team surveillance was the result of legal FISA wiretaps on Russians. Not the general NSA dragnet....

The unmasking is illegal. Just like Flynn was. So for entire Trump Team to be spied on, and unmasked, at the very least, this is evidence of widespread criminality going on in the NSA++ where intel agents unmasked the President and his associates.

It's up to Trump and DOJ now to prosecute.

Also, there's the issue of how this has been presented to the public.

When we had the big congressional investigation live on tv, all comey said was that there was no evidence obama ordered a wiretap of trump. So that could be The Big News. Of course they knew at that point that trump's people were being surveilled, but they didn't say a word about it. That would spoil their narrative. They wanted headlines blaring Trump Was Wrong He Lied. They didn't acknowledge that his people were listened in on until a few days later.

Wouldn't have worked quite so well if they had told the complete truth and acknowledged that even though obama didn't get a fisa, trump's people were surveilled and the contents of what they said was passed all around illegally.

They set it up like this to deceive the public. To favor the deep state and paint a dark pic of trump. Comey did this.

Ive already acknowledged the unmasking of people was illegal but that doesnt implicate anyone except the person/people involved in the unmasking. The Nunes presser did nothing to clear up who was doing what and who ordered it, it just sounds like what we knew before, a bunch of government shitheads operating to overthrow Trump. Still no link to Obama.

What are we learning that we didn't already know? Government can't be trusted. Media will slice and dice all they can to push their idealogy. Been that way for awhile, but we're reaching new levels. What amazes me is how intelligent people interpret the news from the point of their bias.

Collecting info during legal surveillance of foreign targets is "a bit" different from ordering an illegal wiretap.
