Most of my day is done in first 50 minutes cause much more volume, less irregular patterns. But when you starting to learn, you have to trade all day as you are figuring out patterns. One of many nuances I found in trading, each hour I would write down range of swings then range of waves, so you can somewhat tell where you are with the ES, like with ES now first hour has possible reversal areas between 7.50 and 10.50 points, so when the lows came in the morning at 9.50 points from high of 7:52, I am thinking the lows could be in and steepness dropping always a clue of reversals. so buying above inside bar was my signal to get in. But NQs I think are easier to trade for bigger profits.
