NQ intraday data for sale

I wish to buy intraday ( globex and RTH) data for CME Emini NQ from 200610 to 200707.

I dont want a charting package, I just want 1 minute ( or 5 min) intraday data for NQ.

Symbol, Date, Time, open, high, low, close, vol

DATE : YYYYMMDD
TIME : HHMM

ALL data globex and RTH.

Please advise on possible sellers or data providers for a one off purchase ?
