IB says low on NQ was 1969 and low on ES was 1400.75...

Is that right?

If so, that was a quick down move and a quick move back up...

NQ now at 1982 and ES at 1409

Take a look at a 1 minute of ZB!
They took these down 24 tics and up a dollar, that is HUGE.
I do not see the news and nothing on CNN???

It appears to have been a fat finger on the wrong side of the market, in ES.
