What the hell does this mean ?

I want the exact open hours of NQ of CME from Sunday to Friday night. Can any one work this out ??

Sunday open 6PM ET
Monday close 4:15, open again 4:30, close again 5:30pm and open again 6pm.
Repeat daily until the close on Friday at 4:15ET.

Why all the opens and closes I'll never understand.

Why? System maintenance and to find out exactly where the biggest hedge funds are positioned.
