Ah yes, the ubiquitous Bollinger Bands.

So you're asking if equities are going to continue higher or reverse, is this a top or not, are prices going up or down.

Hmmmm, now that's a tough one.

Maybe one of our resident "gurus" will chime in and enlighten us mere mortals about the future.
Ideally in something other that guru speak.
 
Price will pull off the upper band when the ADX makes a maxima, then the price will mean revert, and overshoot (if you're lucky enough) to the lower band.
