No, 777, I don't make that assumption. We threw in the towel on that in 2008 when many proved that they are not capable of so much as even researching the state senate record of a smooth talking liar who conned his way to the presidency, and yet they still vote, completely uninformed of the politicians they vote for, and even though many learned their lesson after one term, many still didn't.

(Actually, we threw in the towel on that long before, though the reasons are to voluminous to even begin to discuss here).
