Trump is nowhere close to being geriatric or a windbag.
In some sense I agree: we really need to stop with the Boomers, and bring a Gen-X President in. Someone that knows how to use email.
Trump has specifically stated he does not used email because he was taught by prosecutors he knew that written communication was how all organised crime, such as himself, got convicted. So it's all golf course chats etc.
Employees of the Trump org have backed this and obviously his practices are clear.
Yeah lawyers and politicians don't like putting things in emails. They're afraid it will come back to haunt them. These emails are stored FOREVER. A buddy of mine specializes in digging up old emails for court cases. He's now going back to 2002!!!
I have a friend who's a lawyer, and he doesn't even want me to set up a basic Web site for him. He's afraid that the language on the site will get him into hot water with his competitors or somebody.
