The answer is there is no conservative Canada equivalent.
If you have money in the US modern "conservatism" works for you. While the liberals have a score of places to go that are successful and run on liberal ideals, cons only go to third world countries where they can be relatively richer than the locals.
US conservatives (happy ones) need poorer people to support them. It barely works in the US and there is no smaller better ideal place outside that functions on US conservative ideals.
