I have nothing to sell... actually I just made a post there you may want to look.... what is the market saying by (almost) making 2 new highs after 2 rounds of tariffs... so questions -
- why is it not easy to answer stuff like this.... seems straight forward logic... no?
- or is it the TDS getting in the way lol.
so.... if someone sees the road, he simply doesn't drive the car into a tree... risk management is that natural because it's simply the right thing to do... it's not something like a handcuff that's supposed to tie you down.... people take bone headed bets... literally driving the trading account into the ground, why? because they can't see the road (to profitability) yet.

if the market is making (almost) 2 new highs after 2 rounds of tariff, then the logical conclusion is that tariff doesn't matter much.. the DOW has to go to 40000 regardless so that the SPY earning yield can 'catch down' to LQD.... otherwise corporations will just keep financing the buy backs and earn the spread for free.
so why sweat it... the picture is clear... the race is on to buy up all the shares, grab them before they are gone!
actually the race was one before 3 years ago I posted the thread 'are we gonna run out of shares'.... also very basic logic in there, but people just can't think.
which part of this is not 'easy' lol... and this is why I keep pushing my thread... not selling stuff, but trying to point out to folks... think independently, this stuff shouldn't be hard for 120 IQ lol.

I'd pay attention to sentiment... forexIG, AAII... my pro boys knock them down when the rally train gets crowded with short term speculators who will 'cut loss short' and 'never let a winning trade turn into a loser' lol, 2 of my favorite bumper sticker lines (sarcasm alert...).
no biggie, sounds like you may have been out of sync with my boys... but if you are long term, should be in the money anyway... no?
