I don't know about every dip. But clearly equities are not concerned with Oil, temp slow down in gas supply or billions in damage from Katrina. The trend is in tact....for now.

imho two things will eventually bring this marker down- 4-years cycle top (by the way the lower one for the first time since 1970's) and the yield curve which seems to be inverted soon
