Yes, the Arpio team came out with some definitive statements, even before the election. Forged. They did not say, could not say where he was born, but do know the documents put out by the White House were made up.
It's possible he was born in the US to father Frank Marshall, and thought, early on, he'd get better political traction pretending his father was Kenyan. That was also the time he thought that saying he was born in Kenya would also give him traction...until his presidential ambitions discovered a clause in the Constitution that would prevent it. So then he changed part of his story, having already changed his name to something that sounded more exotic, more Kenyan or something. Same Kenyan father, different birthplace.
Again, he may have been born in the US, and may have been politically motivated to mask the genealogy of his communist father, Frank Marshall, or he may have felt that it was too late to acknowledge that fact, as he had already made serious political traction with the Kenyan father story.
Either way, the documents were forged. I speculate that a deep state wanted to help him make his history a black hole, and so, he skated through.
He represents a deep state with ulterior motives.
The State of Hawaii said Obama was born there and confirmed they gave him a long form BC.But according to birthers the nutcase Arpio knows more about Obamas place of birth and Hawaiian birth certificates than the of State Hawaii.

So he/they started meticulously planning for Obama to run for president early, some birthers say before he was born which is why a fake birth announcement was planted in the newspapers,but he/they didn't know until late that he had to be a natural born citizen? Got it.
Arpio does not say where he was born. He knows that is still speculative, and you mischaracterize "birthers" (people who care about the US Constitution) when you say they all think he was born in Kenya.
Yes, the investigative team, and the firms it involved in the investigation know more about Hawaiin both certificates, or at least this certificate, than what one political hack in Hawaii said about its process, and about this particular certificate.
What they know is: it is forged.
Multiple Hawaii state officials have publicly stated Obama was born in Hawaii,including the Republican Governor.
But they have been unable, or unwilling to produce even one, UNFORGED, document proving what they claim is true.
Don't dazzle me with party name bullshit. There are plenty of "Never Trumpers" among Republican hacks.
Oh, and Hawaiin officials, or at least one judge, is/are willing to go to some outlandish stretches to hack through politics against the Constitution.
Coincidently, Hawaii is the place of Obamas birth contoversy, as well as the latest immigration controversy.
On the other hand, we may not expect allegiance from a place that may have been stolen.
