When I first started working at the Marriott as a doorman /bellboy/valet I was making 30,000 to 40,000 a year from wages and tips with only a high school education

When I started as a manager with only my associates degree my starting salary was 48,000

With my bachelors I will be promoted to a position that pays 80,000 -150,000 a year

This is Texas,a state with no state income tax and a low cost of living


30,000-40,000 a year with a high school diploma

48,000-60,000 a year with a 2 year degree

80,000 -150,000 with a 4 year degree

Numerous benefits such as discounts on hotel rooms,food and drinks from hotel restaurants and bars,discounts on conference and ball rooms,great health care plan, beautiful work environment, etc
