Not even the top of book for ARCA without paying

I just subscribed to the $10/mo ARCA feed but still no ARCA quotes.

I don't think IB would surprise its clients like this. Is this a software problem? Anyone know what is going on?
 
. The Arca size isnt even showing up in Smart line . How are they allowed to get away with this?

I dont think this is an IB issue , but a greedy ARCA (NYSE) one.
 
Just a "welcome" gift from the newly public NYSE. IB csr says it changed yesterday afternoon. I don't remember any prior notification. Maybe I missed it.

anyone else get the feeling its all about a few people who will be
rich when their shares get unlocked?
 
Just a quick note... even if you are not subscribed to ARCA market data, SMART will still route to them.

The only difference is that you will not see the ARCA quote on the data line or depth.

Thanks for the note. I subscribed to ARCA this morning, and I can't see ARCA quotes, although some of my trades are going through ARCA. What do I need to do to see the ARCA quotes?

It may take a reset to get the quotes after subscription, in which case it will work for you tomorrow (reset is midnight EST). I'm not 100% sure as I'm not in the office. You could double check with the CS desk.

Nope. Should be illegal. They should have been forced to supply at least Level 1 to the public for free.

Suggest all not use arca to trade if at all possible. Maybe if thier volume drops 50% (fat chance) they will reconsider.
