Not allowed to open a position: contract subject to 871 (m)

I am trying to trade the Commerzbank Faktor 4x Short SPXF 2 Index Zertifikat which is a structured product traded as a warrant in the Deutsche Börse. Unfortunately I get the message quoted on the title for this product. Since I am not based on the US but on Germany, how can I configure this to trade those Structured Products ? Thank you.

Edit: This happens to pretty much any underlying. So I understand the 871 (m) issues but I get this message even if I am trying to trade the DAX or the Nikkei Zertifikate.

This has nothing to do with the broker. Rather, it's a function of the product and the regulations applicable to your jurisdiction. In short, the EU prohibits retail investors from transacting in certain products where the issuer does not provide the required investor disclosure. See link for details:
