Hi, This is Ignacio and I'm a new member here. Recently I am encountering a serious problem in that I am not able to see facebook live. I checked the network which is stable. Then really I don't understand what could be the issue. I am just shocked seeing this. Could anyone please provide me some solutions that can help to solve this issue? Thanks in advance.

Thank you so much for approving the post. Actually, I can identify the issue, as the antivirus is installed on my computer, so for that reason, the problem is happening. I followed the steps one by one with the help of this article and after disabling the virus and threat protection, the problem got solved.
