this data comes from noaa and is the global co2 level reference data.
it takes data from all over the world from towers, mountain tops etc and then they use all sorts of reference measuements to make sure they get good well mixed co2 levels.
Mauna loa does the same thing. If you google it you will see tons of papers are getting well mixed co2 samples. There are a few on muana loa data and mauna loa only counts measurements at certain times of the day and in certain winds to make sure that it too has the well mixed air.

The CO2 levels in the troposphere are all that matters with regard to the greenhouse effect, not the levels a few feet above the surface of the ocean which this sham of a paper is measuring. You must be an idiot to not understand this. Or a liar if you do.
Mauna Loa is used to get a good overall measure of CO2 of the atmosphere without local interference. It is all we need look at when trying to make correlations between world temps and CO2 levels.

This is the relationship between CO2 and world temps. Note how rising CO2 levels reversed a cooling trend leading temps higher.

The data shows that change in ocean temps and for that matter another study showed change in air temps lead co2 by nine months to a year. in modern times. and the ice core samples show change in temps lead co2 as well. Every record we have shows that co2 lags temps.
That is the data.
