It's pretty simple jerm. CO2 is a greenhouse gas that results in heat gain. There is no credible argument that dispute that.

Man has raised CO2 levels by around 40%. There is no credible argument disputing that.

World temps are rising at unprecedented rates. No question.

There is no other explanation for the temp rise.
