North Korea's Threats

North Korea has now re=opened it's nuclear plants and is about to test a nuclear ballistic missile which can easily reach any part of the world.
The USA, Russia and China have foolishly let N. Korea get to a point where it is a world threat. Their leader is a psychotic who will launch it's missiles when it can which will be only months away.
I suggest the USA quickly bombs their nuclear and missile capability before they are launched or it's goodbye to a city or 2 probably in the USA.

The best deal they can hope for is, We'll disarm if you promise to inspect often and without a moments notice, because we need all the tourism we can get

This situation is the direct result of years of kicking the problem on for the next administration. Now that it has come to the crunch there is no throwing in the towel as usual on offer. Some think the Fukushima tsunami was really triggered by a North Korean nuclear bomb on the seabed. The radioactive leaks from the nuclear plant covering up the bombs radioactivity. But who knows and nobody is telling.
Truman should have taken a strong stand on nuclear weapons post 1945, refusing to let any other country have them. But that opportunity was lost due to a cowardly fellow. Oh well now there is Russia and China with nukes sitting on the side lines so I admit it is a much riskier proposition.
The Los Angelinos should be digging in and hoping the first attempt falls short or will it trigger the San Andreas fault ?

United Nations –Ban Ki-moon the Secretary-General of the United Nations welcomed this agreement.[20] "A comprehensive, negotiated solution to the Iranian nuclear issue will contribute to peace and stability in the region." he said.[21]

Yukiya Amano the direct General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), with the release a manifest welcomed the compromise."The IAEA welcomes the announcement by E3+3 [the 5+1 group] and Iran on the key parameters for a joint Comprehensive Plan of Action." Yukiaya Amano said in his manifest.[22]

Governments

Iran – Iran's President Hassan Rouhani welcomed the development on Twitter.[23] He said the nuclear agreement is just a step toward interaction with the world and all those countries that want to respect the Iranian nation.[24] One week after Lausanne negotiations, Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, explained his idea about the negotiations. He neither accepted nor rejected the framework deal and stated that: "nothing has happened yet." About sanctions, he proclaimed all sanctions must be completely lifted on the day when the nuclear deal is signed.[25][26][27]

United States – President Barack Obama said a "historic understanding" had been reached with Iran,[5] and pointed out that the deal with Iran is a good deal if the deal could meet core objectives of United States.[28]

Russia – Sergey Lavrov Foreign Minister of Russia knew this agreement a positive point in the security of Middle East.[29]

United Kingdom – Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond said that the framework agreement with Iran was well beyond what many thought possible even 18 months earlier.[30]

Germany – German Chancellor Angela Merkel pointed out that the agreement is a great credit to all negotiating partners.[31]

Oman – Omani Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah welcomed the framework deal between the Group 5+1 framework deal with Iran on its nuclear programme describing it "an historic agreement". He urged all sides to work out a final agreement before 30 June deadline.[32]

Italy –Italian Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni said that we are convinced that this last agreement could have positive consequences and effects both with Iran and also for developments in other crisis areas.[31]

South Korea – welcomed this framework for nuclear deal.[33]

Saudi Arabia – the Saudi Press Agency reported Salman of Saudi Arabia "expressed his hope that reaching a final binding deal would strengthen the stability and security of the region and the world."[34]

Israel – Benjamin Netanyahu does not like the framework and claims that the current plan of action threatens Israel.[35][36][37] Benjamin Netanyahu demanded that any final deal include a "clear and unambiguous Iranian recognition of Israel's right to exist."[38][39]

Pakistan – The spokeswoman of foreign ministry of Pakistan, hoped that the negotiations between Iran and the six world powers would come to a favorable result.[40]

Holy See – Pope Francis praised the deal in his Easter Urbi et Orbi blessing message on Sunday, 5 April 2015, saying: "... At the same time, in hope we entrust to the merciful Lord the framework recently agreed to in Lausanne, that it may be a definitive step toward a more secure and fraternal world. ..."[41]
