We can only hope that this last child has some brains, although haven't seen much to confirm that.

I don't have much hope for the nuclear side of the deal but in the short term starving people are going to be fed and that is the right thing to do.

As I said, Bill Clinton reached a similar calculus so there is precedent for this, just don't have high hopes for a real end to the NK nuclear program.
