Reminds me of the donkeys who bought GENE, and chased it up 50% today after the CEO came out and said he has no fucking clue why their stock is trading 100 times the normal volume and no clue why it is up 400% lol, lots of dumbasses in this world. There is still people buying it in the after market into a long weekend, its insane.
Betting that there is another sucker who will pay even more for garbage is like investing in lottery tickets.
I go to a penny stock chat room just to see what all these guys are on, and all of them were buying GENE predicting it would be at 50 soon, and this was after the CEO literally said he has no cluse why his stock is up, and there has been no material change too his business. Its a goddamn miracle this stock isnt trading at 2 bucks again. Im jjust lucky i couldnt locate any shares to short this morning cause i was going to go all in then it still went up 50% today at one point before selling off.
How would you like going home and telling the old lady you lost all your money buying lottery tickets/a stock up 400% where the CEO said it shouldnt be up. This is probably the pinnacle of dumbassery. For the one person who won the lottery there are millions who blew money on tickets that they couldnt afford.
Ive seen alot of dumb shit happen in the market over the years, but this one takes the cake. This stock will be trading under three probably by the end of next week, but definitely within a month.
