Do EU citizens fall under MiFID when openning a brokerage account?
As an EU citizen, it is my understanding that regardless if I work for a financial institution in the EU, I can register for a non-professional status (the equivalent of MiFID retail account).
Would appreciate your thoughts on this as I am stuck.
