Notice oil price changes ......?

At the Bush beginning....one bought a $1 in oil for a $1....
At the Bush/Cheney end....one bought a $1 for $5....
At US election time....oil drops almost 30% in a few weeks.....


Coincidence ?

Maybe, maybe not.....ok ....prove it .....disprove it?

As I have mentioned previously.....

Time to get rid of the antiquated 2,3,4 party systems.....

They have been given plenty of time to perform,
and are not quite what the population needs....

It is time to move politico economics out of the equation....

Prices at the pump have only fallen 10% by my guesstimate. If there was some sort of conspiracy wouldn't gas prices be much lower?
 
10% at the pumps certainly is not very meaningful.....

But oil prices by the barrel moving from apprx $147 to $107 and declining in a very short period of time.....at election time ?

Is perhaps a little more interesting.......

Perhaps related....perhaps not.....

But reality is that both are happening.....

No conspiracy, just scumbag gas station owners manipulating price. Price of gas on the spot market jumps up they post it the next day at the pump. Price falls hard, they take it down real slow. Been doing it for years, but it has gotten much worse in the last 3-4 years. Profit margins for stations owners used to be about 10 cents on a gallon. Now it's runs 30 cents+. Station owners get a pass because big oil is a better political target, but the truth is every swinging dick, big and small, connected with this business if a f'n crook.

"Scumbag has station owners"=almost all are family and small business owned.

Ok your 100% wrong but if you are correct of "profit margins for station owners used to be 10 cents and now are 30 cents" and the price of gas is up 3x in that time frame then they would have the same percentage margins.

But you are wrong. Gas station owners are getting there ass kicked right now, they have 0 margins and loose money on gas. they hope you go inside and buy something in the mini mart. why do you think they are not allowing people to use credit cards? becuase at the around 2% visa charges or 8 cents per gallons makes them loose money. just look XOM just sold all there remaining gas stations.

So next time you think your local gas station owner is ripping you off think again.
