Non-disclosure contract

Hi,

I would like to market my systems to clients and need a good non-disclosure contract. Does anybody have one that i could use ?

IMHO they are very difficult to enforce and so are not worth the paper they are written on. But I suppose its better than nothing

Even if they sign a 1,000 page document, which is wildly expensive to prepare, much less defend, how will you ever know if a client or their employee violates your agreement?
