What makes you think that they are not in the hundreds? The posts from the hashtag search link is a never ending scroll.
Also, I am not an expert in determining which is a bot and which is not. So, I would not comment on which is organic and which is not.
But judging from the reality, the current situation in the Democrat party, I think #NoMenMidterms is credible. I only see women in their party's top positions.
