Chuck Norris is getting near retirement age and it would be appropiate to recognize another bad mofo as King of the world. Based on threads here on Elite Trader, I nominate Slartibartfast to take Chuck's place.

Therefore, it is appropiate to create a repository of "Slartibartfast Facts" to warn the unwary against messing with him. I want to avoid hearing a story of poor trader going down to Columbia to challenge Slartibartfast's trading. This trader would find him in a cafe around lunchtime with him eating a large burger and drinking a cerveza. Anyone who challenged this huge man would be shocked how fast he could leap out of his chair (and while doing so, knocking the chair back several feet) and get nose to nose with his spreadsheet cocked.

Slartibartfast's Facts:

Slartibartfast gets price improvement with his market orders. In addition, the CME gives him a "liquidity rebate" for said order. Didn't know CME gave liquidity rebates? They do for Slartibartfast. In fact, Slartibartfast's buy market orders get filled at the low of the day and his sell orders get filled at the high of the day regardless of what time he enters them. Major participants willingly take the other side of his trades for reasons as explained below.

Slartibartfast once killed a man by merely batting his eyelashes hard. The victim was an effeminate American man in his early thirties. The court concluded that although it would be appropiate to consider even Slartibartfast's eyelashes as lethal weapons, the victim was a weenie who probably deserved the end that he got.

There should be a thread started listing the many facts associated with Slartibartfast. Too much to do today, so maybe I'll get to it some other time.
