Trump did have a hand on Chinese tariffs so can't exactly fault him for not helping out, even if unintentionally.

Also peace price to geology for collapsing their underground nuclear testing area a while back so they can't really do more nuclear tests anyway.

So for 8 years of Obama China supports North Korea increasing its nuclear capacity.
Trump starts talking about tariffs and trade wars. China puts North Korea on a leash and lefties don't think Trump doing foreign policy differently deserves a significant amount of credit.

This is an example of why the left fails all and over throughout history.

They are so concerned about doctrine they can not allow themselves to acknowledge what works. North Korea agreeing to talk is a massive change. ... Yet Trump (who I will vote against in the primaries) gets no credit from the left?

Over the weekend I heard lefties coming up with some of the most bizarre explanations. It was sad.
