No trigger working on paper account for Buy LMT order option Combi

I find following problem , when placing LMT orders on paper trading account .
When I place a LMT buy combi order , which after placing shows in activity centre
The buy LMT combi order still does not get triggered at the LMT.
What could be the cause , and solution to this problem ??
 
Trade not executed at all or trade not executed at the LMT price?
If it's a combo stock & option LMT order, are you sure it hit your limit price when taking into account the spread on the option?

Example: (covered call)
LMT to buy combo @ 52 (buy stock+sell call).
Stock bid=55 ... ask=55.1
Call bid=2.8 ... ask=3.1
This order will not fill with the current bid/ask. You'd buy the stock @ 55.1 & sell the call @ 2.8 (55.1-2.8=52.3).
 
This is a LMT combo option order ( 4 legs ) at combo price -5 When combo price touches -5 , it does not trigger the order .

Your combo order should have a bid, ask & mid. What is -5? You need -5 to be the bid if you want a definite fill.
With 4 legs you're dealing with 4 spreads so check each spread & calculate the max. you'd have to pay to get a fill.
Since this is paper trading, they likely won't fill you at mid or better. Adjust the price to bid to see if it fills.
