The freedom to discriminate is still a freedom. Do you not inherently discriminate when you choose someone to date or marry? Even if you can tell me color of skin or race/ethnicity does not matter in your dating/marriage choices, you cannot honestly say the government should allow someone to sue you when you refuse to date them because they are not attractive. Too ugly, too short, too stupid (like you), too tall, too liberal, too conservative, black, white, asian, hispanic, indian, whatever. These are all choices we make when we choose a partner in life. They are all discriminatory, and they are all a freedom to choose.
The freedom to choose is just that - a freedom. Choosing means you discriminate against something or someone for some reason. You opt out, by definition. A photographer should have the right to choose who he/she wishes to photograph. Any private business person should be able to make the decisions on who they wish to serve.
Rights, such as freedom, the right to vote, the right to bear arms, the right to free speech, etc, shall not be infringed upon. But there is no "right to get a cheeseburger" or "right to be photographed", etc.
Take your head and pull hard to firmly remove it from your ass.
