Nope. CO2 contributes to a feedback mechanism. It absorbs heat (ie. contributes to global warming) and is also emitted from ground sources during periods of higher temperature.
So the more CO2 humans put into the atmosphere, the more that the land itself will emit, therefore it both leads temperature change and that temperature change also causes natural emissions.
