Or do we only get global warming deniers during winter cold spells? Perhaps most reasonable men will agree that weather is not identical to climate.

Here in Southern California it's unseasonably cool. This year is first time since we've lived in this house (19 years) that I had to turn on the heat in July.

Yep, record low temp in San Diego this morning. People were muttering about "earthquake weather" this morning.

Funny you should say that. My wife said exactly the same thing this morning -- "earthquake weather."
