It’s terrible. Way worse than the DNC. What’s hard to understand is that they had the benefit of going second but didn’t incorporate anything that Dems did well. I’ve been saying for while that the GOP has lost its way and doesn’t unite through principles anymore. It kept going over everyone’s head.

I further argued that because the party is no longer based on shared principles it has opened itself up to corruption and criminals to pilfer the base. Again, over everyone’s head.

I lastly argued that the GOP is now centered around a cult of personality.
