No One Likes A Bottom Caller

Quote from bxptone:

Blame them or not, I really don't care, they were in charge, it happend under their watch. And Bush cheering on the housing bubble didn't help, but he had a frivoulous war to pay for so I guess he couldn't help himself.

But the fact remains, we will have many years to go, to clean up the devistation left under their watch. Wether people want to accept that or not. Sorry. You just dont lose TRILLIONS of dollars, values in assets, some assets in fact will disappear into think air when their market to market, and just bottom out. This is going to get so bad.

Those "TRILLIONS" in assets were artificially created by a spending bubble that was fuelled by home equity lines and credit cards. On the corporate side this mess was piled on by massive over-leverage.

This thing HAD to come crashing down regardless of which socialist/quasi-socialist was in office.

I've been a vocal bear for 14 months... this is the most bullish I've been in years.

Damn... forced liquidation low volume crash... you will NEVER get another chance like this.

I guarantee it.

We are also acting like a rate cut is imminent. Dollar selling off, oil up equities up.

Time to buy and start averaging down with enough money management that there is zero chance of a blow out.
Finally, some words of wisdom here at ET.

If we can close above 10K you will see a crazy rally for the next 6 weeks. Then float back down for a retest.

BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nailed that mother fucker.

That's how you do it kid!!!

Gonna get that election rally baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But that was a bottom.

Mark it down boys.

And the moderators can put this in chit chat if they want to feel useful.

I'll leave it here and we'll see :)

One hell of a rally off the lows (what was it, 500 points or something?)

Now if you'll excuse me, I need more lube for that ass reaming the market gave me.

I would not be surprised if the dow retested 14,000 next year

those 3-8% daily losses can easily be regained in weeks when optimism returns and more shorts are forced to cover.

This should go into chit chat as well, so zip it. It's just that in light of the massive mania on the market, it would be interesting if you call this one right. If other users complain, I'll put it in chit chat.

Dude... you need to shut your mouth... or at least don't post on my threads.

You have no clue whats going on. This is a short term bottom for that false hope election time rally. So the rebups can feel like they have a chance to win. Better sell out before those results come back in November and Obama becomes king of the land.
