I asked IB helpdesk why we can't get NASDAQ COMBINED COMPOSITE INDEX on TWS and the answer was:
Dear Trader,
IB does not provide the Nasdaq Composite, just the Nasdaq
100 (NDX). Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause
to you.

But why IB cannot provide NASDAQ COMBINED COMPOSITE INDEX which most other players like Datek, E*Trade can provide?
