Why is it Trump's wall when other Presidents on both sides have put forth the same. And don't start with this 2000 mile crap. The people working on the border have said additions to the existing barriers are needed. But Dems who have voted for additions and money for the wall now say no.

A compromise can be made for additional and needed funding but the Dems won't budge because they do not want Trump to have a "seen" victory for a campaign promise.

I am confused.....Trump had control over both houses and he could have easily passed a bill to fund a border wall.....why wasn't it an issue until the Dems won back control of the House...
