I am looking for a prop firm in nyc that offers a training program and does not require a deposit. The commissions and splits do not matter to me at this point. I just want to learn the business from a reputable firm. Thank you for your help

Don't bother. You're already setting yourself up for frustration and failure.

Save your money, start learning slowly, come into the business when you've got a plan and understand how to manage risk properly with your own account.
 
Prop firms want people who know how to trade. However, most people don't want to put up capital.

The attitude is that people who know how to trade should have a few dollars to put up. Those who do not most likely are not profitable.
