Your initial points are amusing in that a female judge in Wake County recently denied a female defendant any type of waiver citing in court that the defendant was wearing high-end clothing and was texting on a new iPhone 8 (which pissed off the judge due to the texting rather than the phone).
I agree with the concept that if you fail to pay a fine then you should lose your right to vote. In order to be allowed the privilege of voting you should demonstrate civic responsibility IMO.
Sounds more like a way to restrict suffrage. What's next, a bunch of Black people losing their right to vote over some bs loitering violation?
