Just read everything. Unless he is subsequently charged with facilitating a fraud, he's not going anywhere just yet. From what I read, he wasn't arrested or charged.

Him trying to get citizenship for his girlfriend with a setup marriage is a very common thing in all countries.
Of course, it is illegal, but that doesn't stop people from doing it. Sometimes it is their only option.
I am living in Panama, and I know several Americans here who got their Panamanian citizenship with a setup/paid for marriage.
$2,000 is the going price here, so the $15,000 price in the US reflects the relative COL and inflation in the US. hehehe, LOL
