Untrue and a common misnomer. I have no complaints about the service and their accounting is much better than my other brokers.
 
Got my statement now. Looks like the delay might be related to having held several futures contracts into expiration. My statement said the final settelment for these contracts will be reflected on the next (12/20) statement.

I have email saying its available, but they only show through the 23rd in the daily options. I'll try contacting them again to see whats up?
