"Might"-Subjective, but because it is harder to verify the past (and subjective), I'm looking at what he calls now, to ensure accuracy. He called the January high as well (he actually said January would be unusually high or unusually low), and we will be able to verify if he was correct in calling a March low and a May high of this year.

And who knows, maybe he's legit, maybe not. Not much point in guessing at this point, but if there is the March low and May high, it could lend credence. Will watch and see...
