The funny thing about this is there is a black woman who lives in the area which makes up Elijah Cummings contituents and recorded it all on video for all to see! It was very dirty, a dumping ground of all sorts of trash, like a 3rd world country. In some cases, worst than a 3rd world country! Yet, blacks keep voting for that bum? Do they not have any responsible leaders who can do the job? I am sure other blacks who actually, want to serve their voters can do a better job of it! Anything the Democrats touch, they manage to destroy!
Even the Baltimore Sun reported on the USA Today article. Why are people so surprised now? Are they just numb to it all? They should demand more from their city leaders and representatives.
