No data for MER/NYX on Quotetracker

I've been using Quotetracker w/ no problem but today for some reason, I get a blank chart for MER and NYX even after I do a backfill(control+F). No candlesticks, no indicators, no nothing on intraday(historical chart works though). Anyone have similar problem? Anyone know how I can fix this? I downloaded the latest version and am using TD Ameritrade as data source. All other stocks work fine, btw.
 
This problem was solved thanks to the support staff at QT. For those that may come across this problem here's the solution:

Right click on chart
Select "Clear the chart"
Select "Clear All"
Then backfill by pressing Ctrl+F

That should do it.
