Nite Session U.S. Index Futures

Quote from osorico:

Stop hit around 02:50 EST for a whopping +4 NET.

Major realization... I will no longer trade low volume instruments overnite. Its just not fun.

My next posts in this journal will be for FESX. Overnite, volente can have the U.S. indexes.

Others are welcome to use this thread for overnite trading topics regardless of instrument.

I think you will like FESX much more than any of the US instruments overnite. I like FESX, I just don't like the hours very much.

I know what you mean. I'm looking at starting my trading day 3-4 hours earlier, 2 maybe 3 days a week. No pressure to do so though, other than I want to.

Thanks,
Osorico

Found this pdf on a quick search for trading times of foreign market instruments. Already converted to US timezone.

Not the most complete, but it serves purpose.

The more I learn about whats available and reasonable for overnight, the more excited I get. It will be very cool to specialize in a handful of very tradable European instruments before the U.S. open.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Osorico :)

Ready to start FESX trading.

Will be online starting @3:30AM EST (5/18/07). I'll setup an ET chat room named "Nite Moves" if anyone is around or even cares. :D
