Aroung $5RT for CME eminis, it was over a year ago though. They are always more expensive than TT, because they "feel" their feed is better than TT, personally I think they are about the same. Try AMP Futures, same as Mirus.
Ninjatrader, after settling with the TT, changed their static DOM to a dynamic one, since that didn't infringe on the patents and also didn't require a per trade compensation to TT.
