I ended up doing that a few minutes ago and it worked indeedI had to remove my workspace and put it back in the folder for mine to start working again. Had the same problem like a week ago.
I had a remote connection attempt kicked me off. I sent it to support.
Extremely pleased with platform and service. Amazing platform just gets better as time passes.
That also happened to me also. They told me I needed to "set a new password" like that would solve the problem....
AMP Support Desk Manager said this was limited reports. No other trading platform users reported any freezing or delays.
