Ray - i dont enjoy or have time to whine about your support, but I would even prefer to "pay" for good and immediate support for Live trades rather than a support that I can't depend on , like this week
 
Ray - had good talks w/ James who explained me the situation there. also had long talk with your support engineer this morning, who took care of my issues in strategies. we are good here :)

I am glad your issue is resolved. As James explained, your particular case cascaded through several of our customer service reps that coincidently had to deal with unexpected and misfortunate personal issues. As you can attest to being a long time client of ours for over five years, this was a rare situation and not representative of our typical level of service.
