NinjaTrader hide title bar?

Most charting packages allow you to hide the title bar, especially for charts. I'm a new user of Ninja and see no way to do this. A google search came up with something over at BigMike's forum, but I would have to pay $100 for access to the thread.

Has anyone created a script that they can pass on, or point me in the right direction?

right click on chart, property, double clicks on true to set it to false for show tool bar, apply, ok.

Thanks, but I already have toolbar turned off. I'm referring to the title bar.
