NinjaTrader-Gap in chart

Hello,
i just started to use NinjaTrader 8 with my TOS-Account.
But it have a huge gap in may chart, when using extented hours data.
For example i opened a chart of GERN and see no datas for last friday 08.24.18.
When using normal market hours my chart has no gaps or missing data.
Is this a bug?

Of course it is.It`s not uncommon with Ninja.

In general, Ninja kind of sucks and has a lot of issues. I have this problem sometimes too
